I had never had a new kitchen, bathroom or anything similar before and had no idea what it would involve. Katie guided me through the whole process in a competent manner, which gave me confidence. She was always friendly and helpful so I felt I could ask her any questions I had, and even if they seemed obvious or stupid, she never let on!

Katie organized all the different things that had to be completed and other people involved so I only had to deal directly with Katie or the kitchen company. I quickly came to know I could trust her, and even if I didn’t hear from her for a short while during planning stages as she is always busy, I knew she would get back in touch and hadn’t just “Dumped” the job. I also trusted her that the other people she brought in would work to a similarly high standard.

When it came to taking out my old kitchen and fitting the new one, Katie’s professionalism continued. She came when she said and I was kept well informed of what was going on. The quality of her working and work complete was impressive. Problems that arose were tackled and solved, not covered-up or ignored. The fitting of the kitchen was done with great care and attention to detail. Katie obviously respected my home and the new kitchen, and I felt that she treated them with the care she would have done had they been her own.

Katie went “above and beyond” to ensure that the whole kitchen was the best it could be, For example, working on the catch of the door in the hall so that it now shuts better than I knew a door could!

My kitchen has now been finished almost three months and everything is still as it should be, Nothing has slipped, fallen off or come up, I have found nothing that looks as it was done a bit carelessly because it wasn’t on show, And I have not needed to call Katie back to re-do anything. I have a high quality kitchen fitted to a high quality standard.

The overall cost of my kitchen was a good deal more than some kitchens cost but for the quality and quality of work and time Katie and team put in, I believe it was extremely good value. If you have the money available for such projects, I would highly recommend Katie to you. For the hours she puts in and the quality of her work it is well worth it, and I believe her work will stand the test of time, saving money in the long term. After all pay for what you get.
